This ANAB-accredited Texas Online Food Handler Program is designed to educate food service employees who work with unpackaged food, food equipment or utensils, or food contact surfaces on the training required in the Texas Food Establishment Rules 2015 and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration's (FDA) Food Code 2017. The program is designed to be affordable, easy, and effective, and it ensures each student is properly trained in food safety.

A food handler certificate holder is qualified to identify behaviors associated with foodborne illness and outbreaks, explain the correct procedures for bare-hand contact with ready to eat foods, describe methods by which to prevent foodborne contamination, understand proper cleaning and sanitization techniques, and list control measures to ensure food safety.

Register for the Course.
Our registration, course, and student information center are all certified Hacker-Safe so you can trust your information is well protected. You have up to 180 days to complete the course after your initial registration.
Follow the Material.
